Shipping to the European Union is paused
Recent changes to the IOSS rules mean we have paused our own shipping into the EU for now. We are working through the options carefully, because we would rather wait and get this right than send orders that arrive with unexpected charges at the door.
In the meantime, our range is available to EU collectors through our Etsy store, which handles all EU shipping for us.

Handling and dispatch+
Every order is packaged individually, by hand. Please allow up to three business days handling time before your order is dispatched, so that we can be sure it leaves us in perfect condition.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking details enclosed.
Delivery times+
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Your order will arrive, though country-specific shipping delays do change from day to day.
Any timeframes we quote come from our shipping partners and are subject to change.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, the transfer to your local carrier, or air and ground transport strikes.
Customs, duties and taxes+
International parcels may be liable for customs duties and taxes. What you pay depends on the item, its value, and the country it is being sent to.
Havre de Luxe has no control over these duties and taxes, and is not responsible for any additional costs. This includes any fees or charges applied once your package has left the United Kingdom.
If an international order is returned because the duties and taxes were refused, a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, along with the original postage cost.
Orders to the EU+
We have paused shipping into the European Union while we work through recent changes to the IOSS rules. Until those changes are settled, we cannot be confident that EU orders would arrive without unexpected charges, and we would rather not put our collectors in that position.
EU orders are being handled through our Etsy store for the time being, so the range is still available to you and the shipping side is taken care of.

We are hopeful this is a temporary measure, and we will update this page as soon as we are able to ship to the EU directly again.
