Our products are made from premium ingredients and tested extensively, but every bag is different in age, finish and condition. That is why we ask you to test on a small, hidden area first and let it dry fully for at least four hours. Results vary by material, and we would rather say so plainly than promise something we cannot guarantee.

On smooth and finished leather, always apply the product onto an application mitt or cloth first and work it in gently. Never spray directly onto leather, as a droplet sitting on a finished surface can leave a water mark, and on pale colours it will show. For suede, nubuck and fabric, the application is different. Apply a fine mist from 20-30cm away, keeping the bottle moving continuously to ensure even coverage.

Cleanse first, condition second, protect last. Gentle Foam Cleanser is the everyday cleanser for delicate leathers, Cleansing Wipes are for a quick refresh, Nourishing Conditioner feeds the leather and filters UV, and Water and Stain Guard helps protect against marks and colour transfer afterwards. Conditioner is for leather only and should never be used on fabric, suede, microfibre or nubuck. For these, use the cleanser and Water and Stain Guard without the conditioner. If you are unsure, send us a photograph of your bag and we will tell you exactly what to use.

Yes. Our Cleansing Wipes are safe on all exotic leathers, including alligator, crocodile, ostrich, snakeskin, lizard and python, though not on suede or nubuck. Lambskin and other delicate finishes are best treated through a mitt rather than sprayed. Vachetta is the one to be most careful with, and we have specific guidance for it, so please ask before you begin.

Allow a minimum of four hours to dry before using your bag or applying anything further. Overnight is better where you can. Two or three lighter applications will always give a better result than one heavy one.

Longer than you would expect, as the formulas are highly concentrated and a little goes a long way. Store away from direct sunlight and use within eighteen months of opening. Refill pouches are available for most of the range and hold twice what the bottle does.

We will review it and offer either a replacement or a refund. Please note that return shipping is not covered.
